Trevor Gray, MSW RSW
Individual Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Addiction
Welcome, I’m Trevor Gray (he/him).
I offer individual counselling/therapy services throughout British Columbia and Ontario. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from The University of British Columbia and am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW #14573) and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW #857815).
With over a decade of professional experience in the areas of mental health and addiction, I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds in navigating and finding relief from many of life’s challenges. While in our work together we may explore a range of issues, individuals often reach out to me to address concerns such as:
Anxiety
Depression
Trauma (relational/attachment, abuse)
Substance use issues/process addictions
Relationship challenges
Anger (managing in healthy ways)
Identity issues
Excessive stress and overwhelm
Shame and low self-esteem
Life transitions
Family issues
Career and school concerns
Grief and loss
Perfectionism and procrastination
Whether you are reaching out to a therapist for the first time or have prior experience with therapy, I understand how challenging it can be to seek support.
You might be wondering how therapy can help you feel better and move toward your goals—or how I can support you in that process. I encourage you to visit my services page to learn more about my approach and what you can expect from our work together.
